1. What is an affiliate program

An affiliate program allows one website to refer visitors to another website that is selling a product and get credit for any product that is purchased on that website from the referred visitors. In the case of the ICP Affiliate Program, you will receive a unique link to one or more ICP programs that you can share via email, through social media or on your website.  We pay you a commission from each sale from the visitors you send us!* 

2.  How do I sign up?

To sign up to become an ICP Affiliate click here. You will need to create login information for the ICP Affiliate Portal and have a Paypal email. By signing up as an ICP Affiliate you agree to the terms in the Affiliate Agreement. 

3.  Can I be an ICP Affiliate if I live outside of the United States? 

Yes, the ICP provides programming and supports skating instructors worldwide and we welcome international affiliates.  

4. Why should I sign up for th ICP Affiliate Program

First, skating is booming around the world and the sport will benefit from more people skating safely and effectively from quality instruction. ICP has been certifying instructors around the world since 1991. Second, you will make commissions for the referral. Those friends and skaters who love to skate and want to share that love others will LOVE you for introducing them to the ICP!

5. How much do you pay in commissions? 

The ICP pays a base 5% of the sale amount from each customer referred using your affiliate link. Commission rates of 10% and 15% are reserved for Active ICP Instructors and ICP International Skate Schools.

6. How will I get credit through my affiliate link?

After someone clicks on your unique affiliate link that you shared via social media, email or on your website, barring them clearing browser cookies or blocking cookies on their computer, the code in you link will be stored on their device or browser for 30 days. This means that you have 30 days to get credit for the sale once a link has been clicked. After 30 days the link expires.  If a purchase is made within this period, it qualifies for a commission. 

Do you pay out any type of other incentives?

From time to time we may offer special deals and incentives for affiliates. Announcements will be made via email.

7. How often do you pay your affiliates? 

Commissions will be paid out within 30 days of receipt of purchased program registration. Payments will be made electronically via PayPal.

8. What sort of tools do you provide to your affiliates? 

You will receive text links, e-mail copy & suggestions on how to best promote the ICP with regular email announcements.

9. How do I link to your site once I'm an affiliate?

After you sign up you will receive a unique link to share on your website, via social media and through email.

10. Is there any cost to become an affiliate?

No, it's a free program.

11. Do you pay commissions on all of your certifications, workshops, classes and educational materials?

At this time we are only paying commissions for the Level 1 Online Certification. In the near future we hope to expand affiliate opportunities to include all ICP offerings in the skatinginstruction.com platform.  

12. How do I check my statistics to see how I am doing? 

After registering you can log into the ICP Affiliate Portal and see your sales and commission results.
